Data Analist
Bring data to life and have an impact on our products
You operate at the intersection of data analysis and commerce. You are familiar with various analytical techniques and tools and are exceptionally skilled at translating your insights into concrete commercial ideas and actions. You don’t need to build mathematical models or algorithms yourself, but you do interpret their outcomes and implement them effectively within the business. Will you help us break our sales records?
What you'll do
You will join a multidisciplinary team where data plays a central role. Our teams build products that are used in more than 30 European countries. To make good decisions, we need clear insights and that starts with you. As a Data Analyst, you provide direction: with sharp analyses, reliable dashboards, and conclusions teams can truly build upon. You are the link that turns data into real impact. You’ll work on both day-to-day monitoring and larger, cross-team projects.
Examples of what you’ll work on:
Translate data into clear analyses, dashboards, and reports
Build dashboards and reports using SQL and Apache Superset
Monitor the performance of products, processes, and business areas
Triage incoming data requests and identify the underlying question
Define and maintain KPIs together with product and business stakeholders
Document data requirements, assumptions, and measurement methods
Set up and analyze A/B tests and turn results into actionable recommendations
Gather input from product, engineering, and commercial teams and turn it into data initiatives
Safeguard data quality and continuously improve existing reporting
Our tech & workflow
SQL and modern data warehouses (such as BigQuery)
Dashboarding tools like Apache Superset, Looker Studio, Metabase, or internal tooling
Collaboration with data engineering (including dbt and ETL processes)
Knoflede of R is a plus
GitLab for version control, reviews, and collaboration
Agile workflow, short iterations, continuous feedback
Strong focus on data definitions, documentation, and data quality
We werken in kleine teams met Data Scientisten, Product Managers en Data Analisten. Ook werken we intensief samen met andere Engineering teams.

What we're looking for
For this position, we currently have opportunities for colleagues with varying levels of experience. Whether you are at the start of your career or already bring extensive experience, we would be happy to speak with you if you meet the following requirements:
You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured way, and enjoy clarifying complex questions
You have completed a university degree (WO) in a relevant analytical field (such as econometrics, data science, industrial engineering, marketing analytics, or similar)
You are able to present analyses clearly and translate them into actionable insights
You are precise and have an eye for data quality
Bonus: You have experience with R, SQL, A/B testing, or working with larger datasets
