Looking for the best talent out there
Belsimpel | Gomibo is growing rapidly, which makes attracting the right colleagues both extremely important and highly challenging. In this diverse role, you’ll gain a lot of experience with various topics related to Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management. You take the lead in attracting and recruiting new German-speaking colleagues. You’ll work during office hours, but you’ll have plenty of freedom to plan your own schedule — allowing you to flexibly arrange your shifts around your student life.
Working student at Gomibo Group
As a Working Student Talent & Recruitment at Gomibo Group, you will be part of our Future Talent Program. This development program gives you the opportunity to grow professionally while gaining valuable hands-on experience. The skills you acquire during your studies can be immediately applied in practice, allowing you to develop both personally and professionally.
As a working student, you will take part in soft skills training sessions and join an intervision group, where you’ll learn to reflect on your work and personal development. You’ll receive personal guidance from your team leader, and through regular evaluation meetings, you’ll actively work on your own growth and career path.
What will you do as a Working Student Talent & Recruitment
At Gomibo Group / Belsimpel we are on a strong international growth path, and we are looking for an energetic, German-speaking working student to join our Talent Acquistion team. You will support the recruitment of German-speaking colleagues and play an active role in sourcing and engaging talent for our teams
Your responsibilities as a working student are diverse and include, among other things:
Actively search for German-speaking talent (via LinkedIn) and proactively approach potential candidates.
Support full-cycle recruitment for German-speaking roles: from candidate sourcing, screening, short-listing to scheduling interviews.
Conduct telephone intakes and job interviews in German (or partly German) or English with prospective candidates.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to craft compelling job ads and outreach messages in German.
Monitor and report on candidate pipelines and progress for German-speaking roles.
Support employer branding and student-/campus-recruitment initiatives targeted at German-speaking talent.
In addition, you’ll contribute to our recruitment strategy, team goals, and continuous improvements within the Talent & Recruitment department. You’ll be given plenty of responsibility and the freedom to take on extra projects that match your interests and skills, allowing you to grow in multiple areas.
For example, you could help refresh job descriptions, analyze LinkedIn data, or optimize the content on our careers website to make sure we attract the right German-speaking talent.
Growth Opportunities
Working in the Talent & Recruitment Team opens up exciting growth opportunities. After graduating, you can continue your career in a full-time role within the team, or take the next step by joining one of our German-speaking teams, such as the Gomibo German Growth Team.
This allows you to further develop your skills in an international environment and actively contribute to the expansion of Gomibo in German-speaking markets.
The team
The Talent & Recruitment Team currently consists of six colleagues — four full-time team members and two working students. You’ll be joining a motivated, close-knit, and friendly team.
Each day starts with a morning meeting, where we share important updates and discuss what everyone will be working on. It’s the perfect moment to ask questions, get support from your teammates, and stay up to date on everything that’s happening within the team.
