Our teams and your role as work student
Business to Business (B2B)
Within B2B, you focus on expanding and strengthening our international business network. You proactively approach new customers and resellers, build long-term partnerships and identify commercial opportunities in the market. Together with teams like Purchasing and Logistics, you ensure deals are executed smoothly and contribute directly to our international growth.
Provider Partnerships
Within Provider Partnerships, you work on strengthening our strategic telecom collaborations. You analyze market developments and competitor pricing, support in optimizing commercial propositions and translate data into actionable insights. By developing reports and dashboards, you help other teams make well-informed, commercially sharp decisions.
Campaign Management
This team brings our commercial calendar to life —from sales events to product launches, we make sure everything runs smoothly across all marketing channels. Your job is to help plan, coordinate, and analyze campaigns, working with internal teams to create promotional material and ensure the campaigns go live on time. A hands-on role where you gain experience in marketing, planning, execution and communication.

Great job next to your studies
Work at a beautiful office in the center of Groningen.
Shifts of 4 or 8 hours, scheduled by yourself from Monday to Friday.

Who are we looking for?
You are currently enrolled in a WO bachelor’s or master’s degree (Business, Economics, Marketing, Data, or related).
You are available 16 hours per week (or more) on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00. After the introductory period, there is the possibility of working an evening shift once a week.
You are commercially driven, analytical and structured.
You enjoy taking ownership and working in a dynamic environment.
You are proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to take initiative.
You are fluent in German and can communicate professionally in English.
For team Provider Partnerships and B2B we are looking for someone with strong communication skills with an interest in negotiating and networking. Especially for team Provider Partnerships an analytical approach and interest in data analytics and reporting is needed.
You will be a good match with team Campaign Management if you have strong organizational skills and an interest in planning and coordinating events.
