Drive growth in the German market
You start your day in our office in the heart of Groningen, coffee in hand, opening the dashboard of our German campaigns. You immediately spot opportunities to optimise a newsletter and adjust a banner that will go live later that afternoon. After a short alignment with the Creative Team, you make sure the visuals perfectly match the expectations of the German market.
Before lunch, you coordinate with Purchasing about upcoming offers so that our promotions are sharp and competitive in Germany. In the afternoon, you sit down with Partner Marketing to prepare a new launch campaign, thinking about how to position it in a way that truly resonates with German customers. By the end of the day, you can clearly see the impact of your work in the growing reach and performance of our German channels.

What will you do?
In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at the German market and contribute to a wide range of marketing materials, such as newsletters, banners, advertisements, and website promotions.
Your responsibilities include:
Planning and executing marketing activities to ensure German campaigns go live on time and according to plan.
Collaborating with internal teams such as Video and Creative to produce high-quality marketing materials tailored to the German audience.
Managing marketing content across multiple channels, including newsletters, Google Ads, social media, and the German webpages of Gomibo.
Supporting the creation and coordination of marketing plans to ensure campaigns are strategic, data-driven, and commercially effective in Germany.
Assisting in reporting and analysing campaign performance, providing insights into the impact of our activities in the German market.
Supporting the smooth execution of sales campaigns and major product launches for Germany.
Through these varied tasks, you will learn the fundamentals of performance-driven marketing in an international context and develop strong skills in project coordination, communication, and commercial thinking. All while contributing to our ambitious growth in Germany.
What could your week look like?
No week is the same, but here’s an example:
Monday morning: Team meeting to review last week’s campaign performance in Germany. You analyse the results of a newsletter and discuss optimization opportunities for upcoming promotions.
Tuesday: Coordinating with the Creative Team to finalize new banners and visuals tailored to the German market. You make sure everything is ready to go live on time.
Wednesday afternoon: Setting up and checking German campaigns across different channels, such as newsletters, paid ads and website promotions. You ensure all content is accurate, commercially strong and aligned with current offers.
Thursday morning: Aligning with Purchasing and Partner Marketing about upcoming deals and product launches for Germany. You help translate the commercial plan into clear and effective marketing actions.
Friday: Reviewing live campaigns, supporting reporting on performance, and identifying concrete improvements to further accelerate our growth in Germany. And of course, wrapping up the week with your colleagues during Snack Friday
You will work an average of 16 hours per week, but from day one, your contribution to our expansion in the German market will be visible and meaningful.

Who are we looking for?
You are available at least 16 hours per week on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00.
You are a native German speaker and feel confident communicating professionally in English.
You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
You have a strong interest in marketing and e-commerce, and you are curious about how campaigns drive measurable commercial results. You enjoy combining creativity with data and are eager to learn how performance-driven marketing works in practice.
You work in a structured and precise way, have an eye for detail, and are able to keep an overview when managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
You are proactive, hands-on, and motivated to contribute to the growth of our brand in the German market from day one.
